The Chicago Water Grill was a fine dining establishment located at 205 East Chicago Street in downtown Jonesville, just 2 blocks from the Munro House Bed and Breakfast. The restaurant was Hillsdale County's perennial winner of "People's Choice Award" for favorite restaurant.A tragic fire on 11-22-2009 burned the restaurant down.  It re-opened to the public on March 1, 2011 by the same owner, but under a new name, Olivia's Chop House. Continuing its notariety as the best restaurant in Hillsdale County, Wayne Babcock and his fine staff are back in a restaurant that is bigger and better, new and improved.
