Most of our foreign guests are traveling here on business. Many are specifically visiting various manufacturing facilities in Hillsdale County. At the Munro House, we take the time and have the patience to accommodate foreigners who may be in America for the first time and may have a limited command of the English language. We pride ourselves in our hospitality skills. We are able to exceed the expectations of guests who are only familiar with typical American hotels and motels.

Most of our leisure guests are visiting us from a 4 state area of the upper Midwest. The majority of guests from the other 46 states are here to visit manufacturing facilities, family members, or Hillsdale College. We provide an elegant, comfortable atmosphere that allows people to feel at home when they travel to Michigan. Munro House is the only property in Hillsdale County that is smoke free, has free high speed wireless internet, provides a hot made-to-order breakfast every day, performs spa services on site, takes all major credit cards, and offers online booking in real time.
