Tulip time is coming early this year in Southern Michigan. With daytime high temperatures in the 70’s for most of the month, the tulips in my yard are a full month ahead of schedule. I noticed my first tulips this morning. Trees are budding, hostas are growing, and flowers are blooming. We have actually had several days with temperatures in the 80’s already. Who would have thought this could happen in March in Michigan?
If this is what global warming looks like, it’s O.K. with me. It is a great time to plan a Southern Michigan Spring Break getaway for fun, romance, or relaxation.
