Saucy Dog’s Barbeque Serves Burgers

We always recommend Saucy Dog’s BBQ to our guests for a great lunch or dinner. First of all, it is an easy 2 block walk from the Munro House B&B in downtown Jonesville. There is a parking lot behind the restaurant if you choose to drive, but after consuming the generous portions, a walk is a good idea to help the digestion process.

Secondly, the restaurant is very well run. The tables, floors, bar, and bathrooms are kept clean at all times. The staff is friendly and professional. The food is served in large portions and is reasonably priced. Everything is prepared fresh, fast, and hot. Order the BBQ items if you are under time constraints. The meats are already hot and can be served in an instant. Burgers and fried foods take a little longer, but are well worth the short wait.

Lastly, the food is delicious. Everyone has a favorite, but my selections are based on my appetite. On the lighter side, a deep fried hot dog of many variations is great for a light lunch. My favorite has sauerkraut and mustard BBQ sauce. A burger or sandwich is the choice for a person who is just hungry. Always filling at lunch, with sides of onion rings and fries added for the bigger hunger. Their grilled chicken breast is an easy decision because it is always served moist, tender, and healthy. Dinner time is for combos of ribs, chicken, and brisket or my absolute favorite item on the menu–the beef brisket wrap. It’s as big as my face, so I only order it when I am famished. 

It is hard to leave Saucy Dog hungry or broke. That is why I am able to eat several meals a week at my favorite restaurant in the whole world. It’s close proximity to my house is the bonus! Free high speed wireless internet to keep up with work and play games and a great set of employees are my other top reasons for patronizing Saucy Dog.
