Riverfest is an annual small town celebration in Jonesville Michigan held on the third weekend in May. Canoe races dominate the weekend activities that run Friday through Sunday May 16-18, 2014. A car show and 3 on 3 basketball tournament, along with activities and entertainment that include a plant sale, arts & crafts, rock-a-thon, black powder firearms expo, cloggers, petting zoo, pioneering display, civil war encampment, art display, sidewalk sale, and concessions. Jonesville will be a happening place on Riverfest weekend. Most of the activities and entertainment are an easy walk from the Munro House Bed & Breakfast in downtown Jonesville. The finish line for the canoe races, plus the car show, sidewalk sale, and live entertainment are all within 3 blocks of the Munro House. Special rates are in effect for a 2 night stay.
