Michigan Horse Camp for Adults, Children, and Experienced Horseback Riders. Lori Venturini has been training her horses using the Parelli Natural Horsemanship method. Raven and Bill Bandy are kept on a local ranch that regularly offers adult (and children's) horseback riding day camps. You may bring your own horse for a boarding fee, but most people use the stable horses at Wingate Farms. Camps are scheduled every month of the year. Private day camps can also be scheduled.

Horseback Riding Packages

Come by yourself, bring a friend, or your child for an equine getaway. Arrive in time for a casual dinner for 2 at Saucy Dog's Barbeque. Get a good night sleep, awaken to a big breakfast before heading out to Wingate Farms for a half day at Horse Camp in Michigan. Your half day will include instruction for safety, care, saddling, jumping, riding, and horsemanship along with a hearty lunch and a lot of fun. When the weather is nice, participants even swim with the horses! Return for another great meal at Rosalie's Roadhouse before retiring to your comfortable room and another big breakfast the next morning before heading home. This camp is meant for any level riders age 7 and older and is ideal for adults who love horses or parent/child bonding. Fee includes use of stable horses. This is a full participation event that you will talk about for a long time!

2 dinners, horse camp, plus 2 nights bed and breakfast is just $249 per person in a Queen Room or $299 per person in a Jacuzzi room. Double Occupancy. Singles add $40. It is highly recommended to choose a Jacuzzi room to relax your body after a day at horse camp--you may get saddle sore from several hours of riding!
