MASSAGE - A one hour massage at the Munro House lasts a full 60 minutes on the table--not your typical 50 minutes plus 10 minutes to dress and undress that you get in most salons and day spas.  Our trained professionals can give you a total relaxation body massage, a deep tissue treatment, or anything in-between.  Communication is a key part of massage.  Tell your therapist if you have any areas where you would like more or less attention.  While on the table, instruct your therapist to give you more or less pressure/manipulation, if needed.

CHOCOLATE FIX - Chocolate Cravings?  Feed your skin with your choice of four delicious flavors of nourishing oils:  Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Cherry, Chocolate Mint, or Chocolate Raspberry.  These deliciously scented oils can be served up three wonderful ways:   Applied directly in a luxurious massage, combined with salts for an exfoliating chocolate glow, or incorporated into a warm Moor mud wrap.  Whatever luscious treatment you select, you're sure to get your chocolate fix.

WARM ALGAE WRAP - Detoxify and re-mineralize your skin with warm, protein-rich sea algae.  First, your entire body is cleansed and exfoliated.  Next, a pure, micronized algae paste is applied to your body.  Wrapped in a blanket to seal in warmth, you'll relax for 25 minutes as the algae's iodine, vitamins, and minerals seep into your skin.  Simultaneously hydrating and detoxifying, the algae stimulates circulation and improves elasticity.  The treatment includes a moisturizing one hour body massage to leave skin soft and supple.

NEROLI BODY POLISH - Give your entire body a healthy glow.  Great for men and women.  Neroli products contain a signature scent created from the white blossoms of the orange tree.  First, creamy, granular Neroli Body Scrub is applied all over the body to gently exfoliate.  Next, Neroli Body Moisturizer is massaged into your skin to hydrate and renew elasticity with a blend of organic plant extracts and vitamins.  The treatment includes a one hour body massage.  To finish, a burst of aromatic, cooling Neroli Spritzer will leave you refreshed for the rest of the day.

SAYONARA CELLULITE BODY TREATMENT - Dramatically improve your body tone with this wonderful seaweed body treatment.  First, your entire body is exfoliated as refreshing aromatic Neroli Sea Salt Scrub is worked firmly but gently into your skin.  Salt is removed with steamed towels.  Next, Cellulite Activating Creams is massaged into cellulitic areas to further stimulate circulation.  Finally, a high concentrated seaweed gel is applied.  You are then wrapped in blankets to lock in warmth as the nutrients penetrate your skin promoting tonicity and firmness.  The treatment includes a one hour body massage with Neroli Body Oils and Creams.

GLYCOLIC ACID FACIAL PEEL - This intensive treatment is designed to rapidly exfoliate skin cells to clarify the complexion.  First, your skin is cleansed and toned.  Next, a powerful glycolic acid peel is applied to your face, followed by a balancing mask.  After removal, your skin is pampered and smoothed with calming balm.  The treatment finishes with the application of a healing lotion and a light massage.  You'll notice an immediate improvement in the appearance of scars, fine lines, and hyper-pigmentation (dark spots).

LAVENDER LUXURY MANICURE - This luxurious treatment begins with a "Show of Hands" fine ground sea salt scrub followed by a fingertip soak in a scented bath using fizz marbles.  Relax as the small bubbles caress and soften your skin and cuticles.  This is followed by a cuticle push-back and nail shaping.  Next, we combine a nourishing grape seed oil and a lavender essential oil to be massaged into your hands.  Our "Vanilla Shimmer" is then applied for a moisturizing hand and arm massage.  Nails are clipped and shaped.  Finally, your nails are gently buffed and strengthened.  You'll feel gorgeous and glossy from forearm to fingertip.  Women finish the service with the polish color of your choice.

PEDICURE WITH SPA BATH - A complete nourishing treatment for the feet.  Start by soaking your feet in a foaming "Tea Tree" bath.  Next, we soften your cuticles and feet using our "Wild Plum" exfoliating sugar scrub.  A nourishing mint masque is then applied to sooth and relax your feet while we give you a lower leg massage using our "Vanilla Shimmer" lotion.  Nails are clipped and shaped.  Pedi foot files are used to smooth the feet.  Finally, your skin is moisturized with a finishing lotion and your nails are gently buffed and strengthened.  You'll feel gorgeous and glossy from knees to toes.  Finish the service with your choice of polish colors.

PARAFFIN DIP - A paraffin dip involves heating paraffin wax to about 128° in a small therabath.  Each hand or foot is dipped 3 times in a lavender paraffin wax and covered in a plastic bag.  Ten minutes later, the wax is peeled off.  This provides penetrating heat for relief of pain due to arthritis, tendonitis, muscle spasms, or joint stiffness.  The results are also baby soft skin and relief from dry winter calluses.
Add $10 to Manicure or Pedicure - Allow 15 minutes

LIP WAXING - Say goodbye to unwanted facial hair.  A gentle wax is used to remove hair and followed with a soothing lotion to calm skin.

EYEBROW WAXING - Get the shape that you want.  A gentle wax is used to reshape brows and give a defined look to the eyes.
