The Hillsdale Community Theater’s live stage season at the Sauk Theater in Jonesville has been announced. The 2012 theme is a Season of Discovery. Musicals and dramas are on this year’s schedule with local talent performing live on stage.
Discovering Love, June 7-17 the classic Neil Simon musical – “Sweet Charity”.
Discovering Identity, August 2-12, the 2004 Broadway musical – “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee”.
Discovering Control, September 7-16, the Pulitzer Prize winning Drama – “{Proof}”.
Discovering Independence, October 18-21, the Tony Award winning musical – “1776”.
Discovering Home, November 23-December 2, the classic story told in an original way – “It’s A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play”.
Most shows run Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights at 8:00 p.m. plus a Sunday matinee at 3:00 p.m.
