Krazy Katz Kollection of Painted Pottery

At the age of 53, Lori Venturini decided she was going to be an artist. She went to the Toasted Mud Pottery Painting Studio in Hillsdale Michigan and began creating art. Intricate designs began to emerge from her brush and she decided to paint a Kollection of Krazy Katz.

The project is for our son, Chris. He has been teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) in South Korea since 2010. He met and married Suzette who is now pregnant with our first grand child. 40 pieces are on the agenda to make a 5 place setting for 8 as a house warming present when they move back to America.

Meanwhile, our house has become an art gallery displaying the finished pieces. The plan is to complete the collection by the end of Summer. At the rate she is going, the project will be finished with time to spare.
