ABOUT THE INNKEEPERS
Lori, Chris, and Suzette Venturini with Millie and Janie the Scottish Terriers.
Lori, Chris, Suzette
Your hosts, are formerly of Appleton, Wisconsin. Had it not been for a vacation to Italy, our lives would very different right now. It was while searching online for B&B accommodations in Rome that we found a link to “Inns for Sale”. By chance, we followed the link. On a bigger whim, we looked outside of our home state. The rest fell into place rather quickly. We have been innkeepers and owners of Munro House Bed & Breakfast and Spa in Jonesville, Michigan, since July of 1999.
We are currently the caretakers, bookkeepers, webmasters, and morning chef.
Lori is educated as a computer programmer. She held positions with Fort Howard Paper Company, Air Wisconsin Airlines, Outagamie County Government, Time Warner Cable TV, and Hillsdale College. She is also a licensed cosmetologist, hostess, horse trainer, party planner, chef, dog whisperer, seamstress, quilter, artist, and innkeeper.

They love to meet guests, but they are not pests for attention. Millie and Janie was born in 2020. Millie and Janie are from a unique lineage of champions from Argentina and Russia a solid black color with small pieces of silver and brindle. They act as co-hosts and are the most lovable dogs we’ve ever had.
They are in training in a penned area in the dining room. It is the only door to the fenced in yard.
